    2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir

The dry and extremely pretty Rosé of Pinot Noir begins with a bouquet of alpine strawberry, cantaloupe, and clementine. The palate bursts with juicy watermelon, rich cherry, and dried apricot. Our Rosé is made using the classic saignée method for vibrancy and fullness. Even so, the vintage brims with bright, quenching acidity for a beautifully balanced wine.

    2015 Sun Chardonnay

The Sun Chardonnay is the golden counterpart to our Pinot Noir Barrel Selections. It is crafted from the best Chardonnay barrels of the vintage, with an emphasis on grapes from the Green Valley sub-appellation. Here, the long growing season allows for a drawn-out ripening process, resulting in small clusters with bright, fresh, complex character.

    2014 Knowlton Farms Chardonnay
The French Novelist Alexandre Dumas asserted the French Chardonnay named Montrachet should be sipped only while kneeling and with head bowed. When it comes the Montrachet clone Knowlton Farms Chardonnay we think Dumas got it right. The Knowlton Farms is nothing less than transcendental. Anticipate aromas of caramel, thyme, and spiced cider with a pronounced tropical flavor of pineapple and marjoram.

  • 2015 Cresta Ridge Pinot Noir Photo
    2015 Cresta Ridge Pinot Noir
2015 Cresta Ridge Pinot Noir Our harmonious and polished Cresta Ridge Pinot Noir comes from a single vineyard farmed by master vineyard manager Ulises Valdez. The vineyard lies in the Green Valley sub-appellation of western Sonoma County, where fog drifts across coveted Gold Ridge soil. Good soil drainage means the vines struggle a bit, but the result can be pure grace. This stunner is highly romantic and floral. Soft tannins dance across the entire palate, held in check by the piquancy of pepper and bright red fruit. Perfumed yellow rose petal looms over violet, mushroom and cedar. Huckleberry and ripe alpine strawberry mellow to cherry, with delicate acidity carrying through the finish. 2014 vintage rated 92 by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate VITICULTURAL AREA: Green Valley of Russian River Valley TERRAIN: Gentle west-facing slope SOIL: Gold Ridge sandy loam CLONES: 115, 777 CASES PRODUCED: 264 ABOUT SINGLE-VINEYARD WINES A vineyard designate wine is crafted with meticulous farming and artisan winemaking techniques to capture the essence of that vineyard, that year. • 2015 Sexton Pinot Noir Photo
    2015 Sexton Pinot Noir
We produced just a few barrels of the single-vineyard 2015 Sexton Pinot Noir. A selection of rare clones in this vineyard, including Jackson 9 and 828, make the Sexton stand apart. This wine debuted in 2012 and quickly became sought after. It is primarily purchased during barrel tasting as futures. Upon opening, we find aromatics of strawberry, black cherry, and sandalwood. The palate is a firm bite of peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with hints of black tea and forest floor. The oak barrel is beautifully incorporated and the finish is lasting. A harmonious expression of thick-skinned grapes enduring cool, wet coastal weather.

  • 2016 Svengali Syrah Photo
    2016 Svengali Syrah

Svengali Syrah is a labor of love. A highly finessed barrel aging program results in a smooth, decadent wine. The unsung hero (varietally speaking), Syrah has the structure of a great cabernet and bright fruit of a zinfandel, swirled into one and embellished with meatiness and texture.

The 2015 offers a beautiful fuchsia color with aromatics of rhubarb, vanilla, raspberry, hickory, and iron-scented minerality. The palate yields the gifts of thin, rocky soil: rich blackberry, chocolate, white pepper, espresso. Poised tannins.
