The single-vineyard Ivywood Chardonnay is grown on a picturesque family farm in the coastal far-reaches of the Russian River Valley. Situated along a ridgeline above the village of Occidental, it is heavily influenced by coastal winds and fog. With a scant 1.5 acres of Chardonnay planted here, this is an exclusive wine.
The elegant and lightly perfumed 2015 vintage is considered "the most French" of our offerings. The bouquet hints at marzipan and kumquat. On the palate, baked pear, caramel, and lemon are framed by the delicate acidity of green apple.
