What is the best way to get in touch with someone about my Wine Club Membership?

Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee to join the club.

I just joined the club, when will I receive my first Wine Club allocation?

Quarterly members will receive allocations in February, May, September and November. Bi-Annual members will receive allocations March and November.  You have the option to receive your first allocation at the time of your visit, if it is close to our release dates.  We bill shipments at the first of the month.

Will I be notified of upcoming billing and shipping dates for seasonal club shipments?

Yes! You will receive two pre-notification emails 2 weeks and 1 week before your club is processed with all details of the upcoming shipment.  You can review and edit billing and shipping , as well as customize your allocation, if needed, by logging into your account at that time.

Can I customize my wine club shipment?

All wine club allocations are customizable, and you can do so online by logging into your wine club account during shipment time or by emailing or calling for assistance.   You will see the current wines that have been curated for the current release, and you may add or substitute any wines from the list included.   Custom selections only apply to the current order.  If you would like to make these changes for all shipments, please contact the wine club team to make those updates to your account.

Can I skip a shipment or postpone a shipment?

Yes, we allow you to skip one shipment at a time, which will place a hold on your account for that season or quarter.   We can also delay a shipment if needed. Please contact our wine club team to assist with these requests.

How do I update my address or payment information?

All information can be updated in your online account, by email or over the phone with our Wine Club team.

My order has been processed, can I make changes or cancel it?

Change or cancellation requests made to any order after billing may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed. For assistance with redirecting a shipment or modifying your membership account for future club orders, please contact our Wine Club team wineclub@vml.com.

Can I switch my membership type?

We can easily switch your membership tier to fit your needs and changing palate! Please contact our Wine Club team to review options and make any changes.

What discounts do I receive as a VML Wine Club Member?

Club Members receive a minimum of 20% off VML wine purchased at the winery or online. Members also enjoy preferred pricing on event tickets and tasting room experiences and reciprocal benefits at our sister winery, Truett Hurst. Members also enjoy complimentary tastings at all 11 Wilson Artisan Wines properties, as well as a minimum of 10% savings on all wine purchases at those locations as well as savings at Wilson Lodging.

How do I receive my member discount online?

To receive your Club Member discount on online purchases, simply create and or sign in using the email address on file for your membership. If you need assistance with your online account,  please contact our Wine Club team.

Can I share my benefits with my friends and family members?

Wine Club Members are always welcome to bring guests with them for wine tasting, experiences, and events at the winery.  Members must be present to enjoy the benefits, unless prior arrangements have been made to share the benefits with visiting friends or family. Please contact our Wine Club team to make these arrangements.

As a member, do I need to make an appointment for a visit to the tasting room?

Wine Club Members are welcome to enjoy complimentary tastings for up to four guests.  A reservation is not required but it is encouraged to ensure availability. For more visitation information, please review the Visit page on our website.

Can a friend or relative pick up my Club shipments?

Yes, please contact our Wine Club team and provide the name of the friend or relative and the date they plan to pick up your wines.

How do I cancel my membership?

While we hope that you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, send an email to wineclub@vml.com.  You are eligible to cancel your membership after two shipments are received.
