VML 2014 Knowlton Farms Chardonnay

The French Novelist Alexandre Dumas asserted the French Chardonnay named Montrachet should be sipped only while kneeling and with head bowed. When it comes the Montrachet clone Knowlton Farms Chardonnay we think Dumas got it right. The Knowlton Farms is nothing less than transcendental. Anticipate aromas of caramel, thyme, and spiced cider with a pronounced tropical flavor of pineapple and marjoram.

Recieved 94 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

VML 2014 Ivywood Chardonnay

With only 1.5 acres of Chardonnay fruit planted on the Ivywood Vineyard, this is an exclusive wine that represents the coastal area of the Russian River Valley. The 2014 Ivywood Chardonnay has a complex bouquet of grapefruit. Meyer lemon and ginger with hints of brown sugar, honeycomb and orange blossom that coat the palate. Enticing flavors of Asian pear and caramel apple blend into a long-lasting finish.
