Cresta Ridge is located in Green Valley, a sub-appellation of the Russian River Valley that is particularly foggy, and the wine is powerful and masculine. 2016 Blanc de Noir Sparkling and 2018 Sexton Pinot Noir

The 2018 vintage was absolutely ideal- with cooler temperatures and moderate weather leading to a longer growing season. The Earth has lively strawberry, blackberry chocolate and spice flavors. The Moon is incredibly soft, with notes of cherry filling and vanilla wafer. And the Stars is dark and brooding with flavors of candied fruit and oak inspired vanilla. 2018 Ivywood Chardonnay and 2018 Ivywood Pinot Noir
The Ivywood Vineyard, located less than 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean, is heavily influenced by the same natural forces that influence the Northern California coastline. The vineyard sits at 800 feet and, due to its proximity to the ocean, the vines struggle, leading to really complex and interesting wines. The 2018 vintage was no exception: the Chardonnay has aromatics of freesia, warm pear and baked apple pie and the palate is chamomile and tropical fruit. The Pinot Noir is delightfully complicated with wild herb, cherry cola, and jammy strawberry aromatics and dark fruit flavors. Together they are the perfect accompaniment to any holiday meal.
2018 Russian River Pinot Noir
They say the best things in life come in small boxes, but that is certainly not the case with this gorgeous bottle! This wine speaks the unique and beautiful language of the Russian River Valley, an area that rivals any for growing Pinot Noir, and the 2018 vintage is a perfect exemplar. The nose is super expressive, with notes of spices with an enticing balance of cherry fruit and earthy mushroom. The body is balanced with a structured fruit profile and it has a long and lingering finish. A rare bottling indeed- we only produced 200 of them.
